High Court Jammu
Earlier in the '90s, High court Jammu was situated at Mubarak Mandi Complex, but after 1994 the High Court Jammu complex was shifted to Janipur Jammu.
Presently, Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, Honorable Gita Mittal fixed a 5 hour work time for all the courts.
"ABOUT LIBRARY"
In Mubarak Mandi Court Complex, the library housed on the ground floor in the Main Hall. After the shifting of high court from Mubarak Mandi to Janipur, its library shifted too, and now the library of high court Jammu is a duplex structure housed on the Ground Floor.
Jammu High Court Library has one reading hall on the ground floor, and the stack area is on the first floor—the opening hour of the library from Monday – Saturday except for the 2nd and 4th Saturday are 8 am-2 pm in summer and 10 am-5 pm in winter. The collection of the library is very unique and also having rare documents.
Work time is 10 am – 4 pm in Jammu and 10.30 am – 4.30 pm in Kashmir division throughout the year from June 1, 2020

हाई कोर्ट लिब्ररी, जम्मू (भारत)
जम्मू और कश्मीर राज्य के लिए वर्ष 1928 में उच्च न्यायालय की स्थापना की गई। इससे पहले, राज्य के शासक (महाराजा) न्याय प्रशासन में अंतिम अधिकारी थे।
इससे पहले 90 के दशक में, उच्च न्यायालय जम्मू मुबारक मंडी परिसर में स्थित था, लेकिन 1994 के बाद उच्च न्यायालय जम्मू परिसर को जानीपुर जम्मू में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया था।
वर्तमान में, जम्मू और कश्मीर उच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश, माननीय गीता मित्तल ने सभी अदालतों के लिए 5 घंटे का समय निर्धारित किया है।
"लिब्ररी के बारे में"
मुबारक मंडी कोर्ट कॉम्प्लेक्स में, लाइब्रेरी मुख्य हॉल में भूतल पर स्थित है। मुबारक मंडी से जनीपुर तक उच्च न्यायालय के स्थानांतरण के बाद, इसकी लाइब्रेरी भी स्थानांतरित हो गई, और अब उच्च न्यायालय जम्मू का पुस्तकालय ग्राउंड फ्लोर पर स्थित एक द्वैध संरचना है।
जम्मू उच्च न्यायालय के पुस्तकालय में एक रीडिंग हॉल है, और स्टैक क्षेत्र पहली मंजिल पर है। पुस्तकालय का संग्रह बहुत ही अनूठा है और इसमें दुर्लभ दस्तावेज भी हैं।
काम का समय १० बजे - जम्मू में शाम ४ बजे और १ जून, २०१० से साल भर में कश्मीर संभाग में ४.३० बजे है
