The Digital library of Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly/ Vidhan Sabha is developed and maintained by National Informatics Centre(NIC), Government of India.

Digital library of Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly allows the user to search starred questions, unstarred questions, bills, List of business, papers laid, Bulletin-I, Bulletin-II. The Digital library of Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly provides information regarding the 1 to 11th Jammu and Kashmir Assembly and about union territory.

The Legislative Assembly Libraries Network provides access to Cloud-Based e-Granthalaya 4.0 developed by National Informatics Centre and hosted in National Informatics Centre Cloud. The Application of Legislative Assembly Libraries Network is used Online by participating libraries for data entry and other member services. The e-Catalog of these libraries and other member services are easily accessible in the public domain.

जम्मू और कश्मीर विधान सभा की डिजिटल लाइब्रेरी उपयोगकर्ता को तारांकित प्रश्न, अतारांकित प्रश्न, बिल, व्यापार की सूची, कागजात, बुलेटिन- I, बुलेटिन- II की खोज करने की अनुमति देती है। जम्मू और कश्मीर विधानसभा की डिजिटल लाइब्रेरी 1 से 11 वीं जम्मू और कश्मीर विधानसभा और केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के बारे में जानकारी प्रदान करती है।

स्वचालन और नेटवर्किंग के लिए, ई-ग्रंथालय सॉफ्टवेयर का उपयोग भारत की विधान सभा के पुस्तकालयों में किया जाता है। विधान सभा पुस्तकालय नेटवर्क राष्ट्रीय सूचना विज्ञान केंद्र द्वारा विकसित क्लाउड-आधारित ई-ग्रंथालय 4.0 तक पहुंच प्रदान करता है और राष्ट्रीय सूचना विज्ञान केंद्र क्लाउड में होस्ट किया जाता है। विधान सभा पुस्तकालयों नेटवर्क के आवेदन का उपयोग डेटा प्रविष्टि और अन्य सदस्य सेवाओं के लिए किया जाता है। इन पुस्तकालयों और अन्य सदस्य सेवाओं की ई-कैटलॉग सार्वजनिक डोमेन में आसानी से सुलभ है।
