To provide integrated and interdisciplinary cooperation and coordination between the three wings under one authority.
Jammu & Kashmir Academy of Art Culture and Languages is also known as Cultural Academy. It is a government-supported organization dedicated to promoting regional languages, art, and culture, including theatre.
It was set up by the J&K government under the provision to Section 146 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir in 1958. It was declared an autonomous corporate body.
The State's Chief Minister is the president of the J&K Academy of Art, Culture, and Languages.

"ABOUT LIBRARY"
Library of the Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art Culture and Languages has two sections-
1. Printed Section
2. Manuscript Section.
All manuscripts are available in the manuscript section.
The Academy of Art Culture and Languages Library has a collection of books, paintings, miniature, artefacts, sculptures, calligraphy specimens, manuscripts.
It also maintains the directory of writers, poets, and artists. All the publications available in the library are in the 11 languages which are Balti, Dogri, English, Gojri, Hindi, Kashmiri, Ladakhi, Pahari, Punjabi, Shina, Urdu.

कला संस्कृति अकादमी और भाषा, जम्मू और कश्मीर
कला संस्कृति अकादमी और भाषा, जम्मू और कश्मीर ने एक भूमिका सौंपी है:
1. साहित्य अकादमी (पत्र अकादमी)
2. संगीत नाटक अकादमी (नृत्य, संगीत और नाटक अकादमी)
3. ललित कला अकादमी (कला अकादमी)
एक प्राधिकरण के तहत तीनों पंखों के बीच एकीकृत और अंतःविषय
सहयोग और समन्वय प्रदान करना।
जम्मू और कश्मीर कला संस्कृति और भाषा अकादमी को सांस्कृतिक अकादमी के रूप में भी जाना जाता है। यह एक सरकार समर्थित संस्था है, जो रंगमंच सहित क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं, कला और संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने के लिए समर्पित है।
यह जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार द्वारा 1958 में जम्मू और कश्मीर के संविधान की धारा 146 के प्रावधान के तहत स्थापित किया गया था। इसे एक स्वायत्त
कॉर्पोरेट निकाय घोषित किया गया था।

"लिब्ररी के बारे में"
जम्मू और कश्मीर अकादमी की कला संस्कृति और भाषाओं की लाइब्रेरी के दो खंड हैं-
1. मुद्रित अनुभाग
2. पांडुलिपि अनुभाग।
सभी पांडुलिपियाँ पांडुलिपि अनुभाग में उपलब्ध हैं।
एकेडमी ऑफ आर्ट कल्चर एंड लैंग्वेज लाइब्रेरी में किताबें, पेंटिंग, मिनिएचर, आर्टिफैक्ट्स, मूर्तियां, सुलेख नमूने, पांडुलिपियों का संग्रह है।
यह लेखकों, कवियों और कलाकारों
की निर्देशिका को भी बनाए रखता है। पुस्तकालय में उपलब्ध सभी प्रकाशन 11 भाषाओं में हैं, जो कि बलती, डोगरी, अंग्रेजी, गोजरी, हिंदी, कश्मीरी, लद्दाखी, पहाड़ी, पंजाबी, शाइना, उर्दू हैं।
